We’ve added features into the design of our homes specifically for your fur babies. An optional dog wash in the laundry room makes bathing your dog, no matter the size, more convenient than ever. Plus, muddy paws and post wash shakes will be confined to the laundry room instead of the entire house. You’ll love the wash station so much, you’ll find yourself using it to clean your golf clubs and other muddy items too!
The Collective’s amenity space, The Campus, even has a VIP space set aside for man’s best friend. The Campus isn’t just a great space for neighbors to commune, but also includes a dedicated dog park, with lots of green space for your dogs to run off that excess energy, agility equipment like barrels and even its own dog spa area.
